Casual Furniture World is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Delivery/Assembly Associate for our North Myrtle Beach, SC location. Casual Furniture World is a family owned and operated outdoor furniture and casual living business since 1985. We are a growing company currently with 3 showrooms in Winston Salem, NC, Greensboro, NC and North Myrtle Beach, SC. We are unique in that we are vertically integrated with our own private label products and outdoor cushion manufacturing facility while still carrying all of the industry’s major name brands, allowing us to bring the most value and selection for our clients and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble furniture in warehouse
• Safely load and unload merchandise for delivery to various locations
• Receiving incoming merchandise from various LTL carriers.
• Deliver assembled merchandise to customer homes/businesses with another team member
• Assist with organizing warehouse
• Assist Operating Staff as required

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, position required to operate a light vehicle such as a box truck, with a capacity of less than 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight
• Able to work Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturdays when needed
• Criminal background, drug screen, and driving record checks are required
• Safe driving record as determined by management
• Must be a team player and willing to work in a team driven environment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Knowledge of proper equipment handling including but not limited to hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Must be physically able to frequently lift and/or move more than 80 pounds.
• Must be able to withstand high temperatures and humidity in summer months

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:

• Hours could vary and will be between 8:00am-5:00pm (a set schedule will be provided once hired).
• Monday thru Friday
• Occasional Saturdays when needed

Experience level:

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
