Our dedicated and qualified technicians will perform full inspection and service of your fireplace and gas logs such as:

  • Inspection of install cutoff per code
  • Check and inspect carbon monoxide detectors in the home and test the battery if it's within reach
  • Vacuum logs and fireplace interior
  • Burner cleaning
  • Pilot light inspection and cleaning
  • Battery replacement in receiver box and remote
  • Log replacement (Vent free logs will be replaced according to owners manual)
  • Glass cleaning (Direct vent only)
  • Ensure pilot light is on and working optimally
  • Overall operation test and inspection
  • Remote control and receiver installation

Our technicians will document and make any recommendations of replacement parts if needed. (Installation of parts not included in service fee)
